1.67 & 1.68 Revision list (Jan 21, 2012):
1. Removed duplicated "Via" head check in SIP protocol, because the new ET China system will send duplicated "Via" head.
2. Optimized SDRAM refresh rate register settings.
3. Restored RTL8019AS software over-optimization to solve ET6602(PA168T) unsteady problem.
4. Fixed an IAX2 outgoing voice bug when used as callee, this bug was the result of 1.57 changes.
